Pizza "in Teglia" is a staple of Roman culture, and we are excited to bring it to North Carolina!
Our dough recipe comes from an old tradition, made with only 100% Italian grown wheat flour, and 48 to 72 hour of fermentation, which give our pizza a unique crust that is light and easily digestible.
We only use the freshest local ingredients, as well as imported specialties from our motherland, Italy!

Curry in a Hurry is a foodie's dream, born out of a passion for cooking authentic Indian cuisine by our multi-time award winning chef and owner, Alaksha Surti. In 2011, Alaksha started Alaksha’s Custom Catering, which evolved into our original (and still traveling) food truck in 2017. Ever since, we’ve expanded into 3 locations and have been proudly serving authentic Indian curry dishes to Wake County and the Triangle region ever since.

No, there aren't cherries in our sauces (keeping that idea in our back pocket), but it is our owner's last name. We're a black woman owned and operated small business that puts care into everything we do. Our sauces spend weeks fermenting until they reach the peak of flavor, then each bottle is filled, labeled and sealed by hand. From our table to yours, spice up your life with Cherry's hot sauces.
